I believe that commissioning furniture should be a simple and pleasurable experience. My aim is to supply a special piece of furniture that uniquely satisfies your requirements.

After an initial contact I will discuss your requirements with you in detail. If possible this would involve a visit to your home to get an understanding of the space the piece is to occupy.

About two weeks later I will present sketches and details of a proposed design (or designs) and an estimate of price. This would usually lead to further discussion and amendment and, I hope, agreement on a final design. I would then write to confirm the agreed details and expected delivery date (my average lead time is about 2-3 months).

Following agreement I would prepare the timber and rack it in my workshop to condition. On completion I would deliver and fit as necessary, giving details on care and maintenance.

In the unlikely event of problems arising with the piece after delivery I regard it as a matter of integrity to remedy all after sales problems.
